About two minutes. It's a short set of questions about your goals, your competitive level, and where you currently feel held back on the strip.

Is it really free?

Yes. The quiz, the personalised results page, and the full Fencing Prep Guide are all free. Premade programs and 1-on-1 coaching are paid — but they're optional next steps, not required.

Who is this for?
